WHSR Varsity Girls Rugby 7s!
The Westman High School Varsity Girls Rugby 7s season is getting ready to
kick-off! The first Jamboree will be held in Dauphin Sunday, September 20th. Other stops include Vincent Massey, Crocus Plains and Souris.
The Dauphin Clippers are defending champions as teams will look to upset the Clippers this Fall.
The schedules for the Jamborees will be updated including the standings under the Girls Varsity 7s tab above. Good luck to all players and staff!
Welcome to the 2026-2027 edition of the Westman High School Rugby website. Our organization is committed to promoting the game of rugby as well as improving the standard of play within its member schools throughout Western Manitoba. It is dedicated to fostering sportsmanship and fair play among its athletes. It also assists in the organization of league competition, tournaments and tours as well as other related activities and programs. We hope that you will find this website both informative and useful.

Westman High School Rugby Bursaries
WHSR offers two $250.00 bursaries for any male or female applicants who were members in good standing with their WHSR member High School. Applicants must do the following to qualify:
- Prove Acceptance to a Post-Secondary Institution
- Be Rostered on a University Varsity Rugby Team
- Provide a High School Transcript & Letter of Recommendation from High School Coach
- Letter from Applicant explaining their future education & rugby endeavors
- Must complete at least one full year of school at a Post-Secondary Institution
